We rented a car from Mythos Car Rental at Chania airport from July 11-18, and our experience with them was good. Finding them at the airport was very easy, the rental process was smooth and everything was as expected (no extra cost, car reflecting the ones available in the same group as the one booked, no credit card required). Also the ability to leave the car in a different location than the pick up location was a nice service. Also, the owner was very responsive and easy to contact through Whatsapp. The car was clean and reliable, making us able to visit most of the places in Crete with no issues. The only remark about it, is that the break was a bit consumed but still functional. As declared in the conditions, off road driving is not permitted (explicitly forbidden to go to Balos). The fuel return policy is "same fuel level as the pick up" as specified in the conditions, which is a bit inconvenient to handle, especially if, as in our case, the fuel level at the pick up was very low. Overall we had a great experience with Mythos Car Rental!
